Blackbeard T-Shirt

1718 was the year of Edward Teach aka Blackbeard. It took five shots and over a dozen cuts for Robert Maynard and company to finally take the defiant Teach down. They cast his headless body into the sea where it is said to have circled the ship three times before disappearing into the depths. At the same time a young Benjamin Franklin just beginning his printing apprenticeship authored the quote as he wrote about the event.
