Competing as a rookie in this prestigious "Race to the Clouds," Lowder tackled the challenging 12.42-mile course with 156 turns, climbing from 9,390 feet to the 14,115-foot summit of Pikes Peak. Lowder prepared for the event by racing in other hill climbs, including a fifth-place finish in the Unlimited class at the Super Lap Battle at Circuit of the Americas and a fourth-place finish in class at the Pine Mountain Hillclimb in the Appalachian Hillclimb Series, showcasing his growing experience in competitive motorsport.
